We may also collect consumer information and connect consumers with third-party licensed insurance agents, agencies, carriers, advertisers, marketers, and service providers that offer insurance products or related services. Any insurance products, quotes, policies, or services are offered subject to underwriting guidelines, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws.

3. No Guarantee of Quotes or Coverage

Submitting information through our website does not guarantee insurance quotes, policy issuance, carrier participation, pricing, eligibility, availability of coverage, or approval for insurance products. Any quote provided is preliminary, non-binding, and subject to verification, underwriting review, and carrier approval. Coverage becomes effective only if approved and issued by a licensed insurance carrier.

4. Consent to Communications (TCPA)

By submitting your information through our website, advertisements, landing pages, forms, social media lead forms, or any related communication channel, you expressly provide prior express written consent to be contacted by:

12. No Agency or Fiduciary Relationship

Your use of this website does not by itself create any agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, broker-client relationship, partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or representative relationship between you and Cameron Insurance Agency, LLC. An agent-client relationship is established only upon issuance of a policy through Farmers Insurance® or an affiliated carrier.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cameron Insurance Agency, LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, security, reliability, availability, and title.

Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and Cameron Insurance Agency, LLC regarding your use of the website and services.
